Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for shipments returned due to:
- Unpaid customs duties
- Incorrect shipping details
- Failure to collect the package
Please verify your address and local import regulations before ordering.
3️⃣ Import Charges Responsibility
If your order is returned because customs fees were not paid, no refund will be issued.
Buyers are fully responsible for all import charges.

🚫 No Returns on Medical or Cosmetic Injectables
Due to strict hygiene standards and product integrity, we do not accept returns on any Botox, dermal fillers, or injectable/cosmetic medical products — even if unopened. This ensures all customers receive sterile, uncontaminated items.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Attach clear photos of the damaged item and outer packaging
